Family Product Entertainer - MHO

GENERAL

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role of Family Product Entertainer involves working closely with the Family Product Supervisor in the general running of the Beach House Kids Club Facility and core family program. You will be the face and one of the main points of contact for the parents and the children who attend. You ‘ll be responsible for delivering the Beach House program of engaging activities along with always ensuring a safe environment at all times. In times when there are only small numbers of Kids in resort you will be required to support the overall entertainment product including specific activities for any teenagers staying at the Maho Beach Resort.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist the Family Product Supervisor in the delivery of first-rate entertainment.
2. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including the highest standards of punctuality, professionalism and politeness.
3. Lead and participate in all aspect of the daytime and evening Beach House Kids Club Enter Entertainment program, to ensure the highest standards of guest experience.
4. Support the Family Product Supervisor in the scheduling of the Entertainment Program taking full account of guest profiles, nationalities and ages and ensuring that Beach House activities are publicized and delivered accordingly.
5. Ensure the correct usage and storage of all Kids Club resources and equipment, reporting any faults, damage and /or replacement through the appropriate channels
6. Help support the Teen Zone program for older children, with particular focus when Kids numbers are low.
7. Maintain a safe area and environment for families attending The Beach House Kids Club and participating in any Beach House events
8. Deliver first rate Kids Club events and activities including but not limited to:
   • -The Beach House session-based program
   • -Themed Events
   • -Party Events-Walkabout Events
   • -Character Meet & Greet Experience
   • -Baby Sitting Services
   • -Creche Facilities
   • -Creativity Classes
   • -Fitness Wellbeing and Sports Event coordinated in partnership with our Fitness Wellbeing and Sports Team, eg. Yoga Tots, Mini Street Dance or Cheerleaders (parents welcome too)
9. Ensure guests are provided with the best quality of session and holiday experience
10. Be the face of the Beach House kids Club Concept
11. Play and monitor sound levels of appropriate music for sessions
12. Monitor all environmental elements specific to guest’s Entertainment experience
13. Manage audio visual content for sessions, presentation and program advertising
14. Liaise with Family Product Supervisor regarding any changes to the entertainment program
15. Attend Welcome Meetings, Managers Cocktails Receptions and participate in Arrival Assistance Duties
16. Perform as an active ambassador for Maho Group, carrying out company policies and directives and ensuring that the programs as specified or approved are delivered and ensuring that the programs as specified or approved are delivered according to Maho Group standards
17. The Beach House Club Supervisor must be an active and visible member of the entertainment team recognized as the authority and driving force of the very best family product standards.
18. Support the overall Entertainment Operation with a proactive attitude, excellent communication and positive approach.
